As much as i'd like to think of Maan hugging her tight, it does not happen that often and unfortunately did not seem like he was hugging her tight. See if the taveez was hurting her, she might have had an instant reaction with the hug, cause the hug starts at 11.06 and the nose crunch at 11.16, so to me it is delayed reation, cause while hugging Geet was not keeping track of the precise camera angle, this is my view...but who knows
