Yes, I think the guilt is eating away at him and he tells all to Geet and apologises. I hope this is the case because I want to see a happy Maan. I want this marriage to be happy for both of them, only then will it seem like the perfect wedding to us. Maan didn't do anything wrong by choosing to save Geet. It was a tough decision and I'm sure Geet will understand. Yes Geet would want to save her baby, but I'm sure she will understand that for Maan, he can't live without her and it was a completely different dilemma for him.
