Hi Friends,
Nice epi last night, hai na...
Right amount of tension, flow, execution, drama and Brij bhaiya has plans.....
Maan was happy for Geet and his baby's (yes his baby-Maan's Baby) wellness, at the same point of time he was also guilty of having chosen Geet's life over his baby's, given a situation where in both could not be saved. Well, the stress on Maan's baby because a person is considered a father only when he does the following:
1. He should protect the baby, what come what may.
2. He should nourish all the basic requirements for the baby- food, shelter, health, education and all other worldly requirements which would make him or her capable to lead a good life.
3. He should shower the baby with his love and affection.
4. And most important he should be there for the baby and its mother even if it is going to be the End of world.
From the above, the one point missed was he should have been the one responsible for the child's existence in this world---I mean biological father.
Maan has done all the above four points for the child directly or indirectly. Indirectly because most of the occasions Maan has done this for Geet and thereby to the baby as well. In future it would be Maan who would provide all the worldly requirements to the baby and not anybody else.
While Dev being the biological father of the child has only fulfilled the missed out point , which means being a father has cost him just a sperm and nothing else.
So there is absolutely no comparison possible between Maan and Dev as father of the child. It would be weird if at some point of time anybody thinks that the child or even Geet along with the child should belong to Dev. The child and its mother would have been long back dead and gone if not for Maan.
Also, yesterday when Maan chose Geet over the baby it was very natural. Even if Maan was the biological father of the child, Maan would have or rather should have chosen Geet over the baby. Maan's guilt is natural but if Geet is to misunderstand this and go against marriage then Geet is to be blamed.
Well on a lighter vein Maan made a clever choice. As we all know that an embroyo will not survive without its mother, Maan might have thought opting Geet over the embryo was wiser. This way there is always a chance of both surviving while the vice-versa would result in loss of both.
CVs... Kindly give these two Maan and Geet atmaas some peace of mind yaar. During engagement Geet went mad seeing Dev. During marriage Maan goes around guilty. When would these two ever get to sit down and enjoy life.
Does being good at heart come with such a fat price of PEACE OF MIND?
