Right now, their being cut off from Dev - as a remorseful ally who desperately wants them to be together - is leaving them exposed to NT's schemes.

Yes, what Dev did was unforgivable. But if compromizing is going to to ensure Maaneet's happiness being secured, and the child being safe from NT and as Maaneet's, then Maaneet should forgive Dev, get NT out of her position as Dev's wife and a Khurani bahu, and bring Geet-supporter Meera into the family.

If someone who hurt you wants to defend you and help you, then why the heck deny yourself such an alliance? The past is gone. Maaneet's priority should be their future, the child's safety and their happiness in future.

imagine if geet forgives dev n later she as maan'wife start living with maan,dev,daadi.it would be so odd even to imagine.geet can't forgive dev easily.may be it can happen in 500th ep;isode.

I'm not suggesting Geet should forgive him from the bottom of her heart.

But this is a girl who has wrecked her life for her baby's sake.

A remorseful Dev married to Meera would provide Maan and Geet each with a strong support.

Geet prioritized her child over her family when they wanted her to get an abortion. Now, she should think of how to secure her child as far as possible from Nayantara.

Cutting themselves off from Dev serves no purpose.

What he did is done. It will always be unforgivable. But his remorse gives Geet and Maan the upper hand. Why not give him a chance to atone?

Even besides the child, it would ease Maan's torment if his brother started trying to make up for the vile thing he has done.

Why permit someone she feels negatively for to matter more in her prioritization than those she feels overwhelmingly positively for?
