My take for interested devils!! Now me will read and stalk!!
Love is blind, it can work a devils mind! It can conquer as well as annihilate! But take that love away and all you have left is a lost and lifeless self!
Today thats what we saw of MSK! The same man who was an animal, irrational and blinded by anger was capable of throwing it all far behind and was brought down to a humble, whimpering self at the thought of loss of his love!
I love Pooja for drawing reference to his character with that of a rainbow! Whatever he does he does with a lot of ardor!! Every color brilliant on its own and stands out, yet it is a blend of the previous!! Similarly Maan has all shades to his character from the calm and caring hue of the violets to the radiant rich passion of the red. I am sure Pooja will do more justice to this, so I will leave it upto her!
Anyway moving on to today's episode, I loved what I saw! I am overwhelmed by the power of senses. 😆
I loved Geet's retort to Sasha! Sets her right in her place!
The fall: Yes, we have seen many trips and falls before but I dont know if it was the gap of separation that has me smiling like a 13 year old, but there was something more to this fall! The innocence with which she touches his cheek, in blissful unawareness and realization as it slowly wades in as she opens her eyes! Well enacted!
The phone scene: I liked the phone scene..The thing that distinctly stands out in this show is that they can carry a scene without the need for dialogues. Loved the way Maan thought, couldnt control and then called her but didnt say anything!! Geet's understanding of the caller as none other than Maan. That deep stated realization of each other! The impatience with which Geet returns the call and Maan's frustrations! The scene was very well done!
Of course I would have loved it, if there were absolutely no dialogues...but nevertheless it was good!
Btw the old room was well propped with good lighting!! Good semblance to reality! 😊 Job well done production house!
Then the impatience with which Maan strides to go meet Geet as he is reminded of the doctors appointment. The impatience well thought of and executed! The scene interspersed with the state of Geet! It stood out to me as the impatience of a lover as he rushes to the meet his love and a bad omen waits to strike!
The archive room scene from Geet looking at the ring, the flashbacks, Maan entering the room and Geet pretending to work, the camera work as the drop of sweat trickled down Geet's shoulder and Maan fighting the desire to resist himself and Geets involuntary reaction of waiting in waited breath as the moment passes by: Great piece of direction, camera work and acting by both Gurmeet and Drashti!
The very famous hug: That once again had a big smile plastered on my face! I loved the way Gurmeet changes his emotions, from that of slight irritation at Geet's lack of concern about the state of the room to extreme worry and concern as she faints and then portrayal of the delight with those tears in his eyes when he realizes that Geet is conscious again! A very commendable performance. While Maan and Geet hugged, I loved the way they were so calm, peaceful and in bliss! The nuzzle of Maan's cheek against Geet, letting her know of his affection, changing that "I was so worried that I lost you" to the "This is where I want to be my entire life", beautiful!
Last but not the least: The conversation: You keep saying you are capable of taking care of yourself, but I have to remind of you the doctors appointment! Nice! I liked the way he accepted that it was both their responsibility to remember this important aspect of their lives. They may have been lost in their pride, ego and hurt but their life is bound by another life, which though today may just be a symbol associated with their union but tomorrow will be a living proof of their union!
I am happy that the creatives have highlighted the baby issue again and it gives me faith that they will want to hold on to the baby! To me, this show has its charm for I look at it as the life of a young Geet who despite her pregnancy wants to live her life like any other girl, fall in love, stay united with her lover and let everyone know that irrespective of popular norm of the society today, young pregnant unwed mothers have a life waiting for them to take hold of and live!
Quick mention of other things I liked:
The background score for Dev and Myra!! I can see the eagle caught another prey!! 😆
NT's make over!! I liked her shirt, will not comment on the pants and the belt!
Pinky was shown not eating!
Sasha's acting! She works her eyes and eyebrows well!! 😊
The things that I thought could have been taken care of:
I dont see why ex-Indian Paints employees still wear uniforms at KC?
The archive room scene as the window is opened, the sudden gust of wind and the papers blew all over the place, seemed a little unrealistic! I can understand a small draft of air, but not a wind! Else Geet wouldnt have been sweating in that room so badly!
As Maan rushes to hold Geet as she falls: again it seemed a little chopped!
Things I would like to see
I hope to see the realization of the ring and the taveez soon! I would like the point of "destiny having decided their fate long ago" to be called out again by both Maan and Geet! Also, I would like to see both of them talk about their trust related issues soon enough!
Overall good episode! 👏
