sorry jyots! I know and i'm trying to understand your point but when i saw that particular scene, i couldn't make out if the ego really was making him say things he wouldn't ever have. The expressions were too... i dunno... unfake. As if he MEANT it 😔 I don't like Maan toying with geet and testing her patience. Doesn't he understand her condition? If he didn;t know about her sachhchai and if he didn't love her, then ego would have been justified. Right now, ego shouldn't arise between LOVE. naah! ^^^ I've never been that sserious ... ever 😲🤣

@Jaya.....very well written.....👏.....agree with you. Only point i differ on is i don't think Geet comes across as emotionally needy. She loves that guy so his proximity is bound to affect her. The woman in love inside her probably weakened the strong facade but that does not make her emotionally needy. I think such moments of weakness' will be displayed by both Maan & Geet because however strong their resolve to prove each other wrong they cannot deny the strong feelings they have for each other.

Minnie - One upmanship is understandable when you are in a rivalry, not in love. If you want an upper hand in a personal relationship you better look somewhere else coz that relationship is doomed! If she has misunderstood, in order to save the relationship he needed to be calm and not retaliate. I still think MSK has no reason to behave the way he and blame his ego for being a monster.

But i would have preferred Maan ignored Geet totally instead of being around her so much. That wud have surely made Geet think more about him. Right now they are back to ego fights and to me they are childish. They are once again in the game of one upmanship which is not good for either of them. They are hurting each other in all this chaos.

But then this is a show and makers will show all this or else the show will end!!!!!!!
