@Minnie.Reet: I just re-read Rosette80's post to see if I misread something. Unfortunately I did not. By the way I never said that there was any DB bashing. While everyone can express their feelings on IF the rulez clearly state no inferering in the actors personal life. Rossette80 is insinuating that GC's has real intimate feelings for Drashti. None of us including myself have the right to insinuate which actor has real intimate feelings with any other person as this is their personal life.

I agree that GC and DD has great on screed chemistry. Quite frankly as far as the show Geet HSP goes, I am definitely Manneetian, even if they decide to bring DB inside show.

The point is if one is a fan of an actor/actress have respect not to get into their personal lives by either trashing their real life partner or by insinuating that they have real intimate feelings for their co-star.

Both GC and DD are excellent actors and they are doing a wonderful job on screen for their fans and their emotions on screen will change to suite the situation the characters are in at the moment of each episode.

I also saw the SBB segment and no such thing was portrayed in that episode by either GC or DD. And if you saw the SBS segment you'll see that GC is still very much in love with DB and does not have any real intimate feelings for anyone else.

It is about having respect for the actors'/actress' personal lives.

as happygolucky already gave Sholay's example ....no sholay without Big B as Jay

can we imagine Gabbar without Amjad Khan ?......no........I dont think it wld be fair to say if some other actor wld have done gabbar's role, it wld have been the same .....we just cant imagine anyone else as Gabbar ....Same we just cant imagine anyone else as Geet....it is Drashti who made us all to love Geet

Obviously...I'm too much in love with her to accept that anyone else can even come close to her perfection...that's my bias speaking! But I personally don't see Sanaya playing Geet! I think when I first heard our Muski is playing geet...I was sold!!! DD rocks in her punjabi delivery and the way she expresses things with her eyes and her adorable facial expressions...I personally don't see anyone else in the same league!!

But I found it interesting that you like GC more as Ram than MSK...it fascinates me! B/c I can fantasize about him when he's MSK, but when he's Ram...that's just a whole other level...he's in a divine form...and that form I def wouldn't and couldn't fantasize about!

Agree!!! Drashti is the reason i love geet as much and maybe more than MSK!!! Geet is just the best, but drashti is better!!!

DD has given her personal touch to this character thats why we feel connected to it. Yaar DD ki acting bilkul dil ko cho jati hai. DD ka screen presence is simply outstanding!!!!!!!!!!! I adore her!!!!!!!

@pari76- well we cant change anyone's views or thinking ........ i respect ur point of view .......but me personally dont find anything wrong in it......its fan's nature to dream abt their on screen fav pair as off screen too, not all fans are same but yah many do ....happens with all actors ......GC is no exemption .......i m sure even GC and DB must be aware of it ......I dont think with one post their personal life shld be disturbed, or it shld be considered as interfering in their personal life or disrespect .....as i heard they r together since last 6 years
