@Shonu...a player is not going to fall for someone really serious like Geet. Plus she has learnt from history to reveal the truth before getting into a situation, so if she starts working for him, she is probably going to reveal to him that she is pregant, that is going to make him run far, far , far aways

Secondly they can become friends and Aditya can pretend to be Geet's BF in front of Maan to make him jealous, no need for him to actually be in love to make munda jealous.
