hey guys,

i have been a silent reader on this forum ever since geet started because i was always worried that if i started posting comments i owould surely get addicted but then i realised last week that i was already addicted by jst reading- thats how awesome this forum is. anyways so i decided to start by giving my POV on our much loved show GEET!😊

also since gurmeetji and dhrasti di is sick and everyone is really worried i thot to divert ur mind a little. b4 anyone asks why all the formality with the names its because i dnt really like celebrity crushes as i noe that gurmeet is way older than me and theres no way i would ever meet him and sayin he's hot and all sounds wrong for me- i mean im only in highschool- so thats why i think i should give him some respect as he is older. (thats wat i did when i saw shahid in vivah😳😆) and dhrasti di sounds appropriate for our lovable and cheerful dhrasti. anyways i hve really been thinking bout geet a lot and im writing all my thoughts in this post. god help u guys.lol

i started watching geet from the very start when promos started coming out and that is because of dhrasti. yes guys dhrasti! i used to like dmg and when DD aka muskaan entered, i was impressed with her acting. i hve always been critical of actors so i knew staright away that she had talent however the stupid DMG CVs didnt give her much appreciation. she had an awesome storyline to go with her with the whole fake marriage thing and all but no AR was their priority!! oh well thank god she hopped out but i really missed her until ofcourse GEET happened..=)

the promos and the initial episodes didnt enchant me much and dev and geet didnt hve that chemistry going.(it was either planned by cvs or they jst didnt click) but i kept going for DD.

and then maan aka gurmeet entered. im being honest here but gurmeet didnt catch my attention. sorry guys. i guess he was settling in or the cvs planned it like that. anyways he kept asking for those papers and thats when the plot left me confused. i didnt know where all this was headed. i guess thats the best thing about geet- that its unpredictable. now i realise that the cvs were building geets character up. anywho o kept watching or atleast keeping up with written updates.

but when Geet arrived in Delhi , thats when i feel in love with maaneet. their chemistry, nokjhoks and mahiii moments caught me off guard. (guys i love the mahii music and i think its been used well not too much.lol) i loved this jodi.. and wat made it better was that it was all so reasonable. escpecially how the actors reacted to each situation. i mean when maan knew about geet being pregnant i had expected that there would be this 2 month seperation with then crying or sumfin like other daily soaps but no it was logical- and it saved our time. so now i would like to appreciate and tahnk a few people-

The CVs - everything and every dialogue that maaneet hve ever done or how they pose themselves is all decided by cvs then why should we not give them any credit. i mean wen we hve an awesome storyline we thank the actors and when its really crap we bash the cvs. thats not fair. i mean look at wat they have given us-maaneet. isnt this wat drives us to go through and live through the day jst to watch it when we get bck home. and they hve, i must say, really handled this present situation well with both thier leads sick. i think the editors are doing a great job finding n putting old scenes in between.👏

nxt people r obviously the actors gurmeet and dhrasti

amazing expressions and amzing acting and amazing chemistry. thank u soooo much for giving us maaneet 👏

another thing that i love is how theyre both good natured people(i hope😃) and the sbs segment on geet kinda proved it. it makes us really love them and their acting. i mean can u imagine if they were snobs would we really enjoy maaneet 🤔

now i might get veges and chappals thrown at me for this but guys please forgive me. behind all the great scenes and chemistry theyre is the cvs and the actors acting but i think wat finishes the whole scene is dhrasti's eyes. they add this innocence and purity to the scene and its so expressive it sometimes catches me off guard- this maybe of her personality in real life but it really makes the whole scne amazing. i think geet makes maan look more hot and handsome. i mean compare maan scenes alone and maan scenes with geet- do u guys see a difference? oh well its my pov.lol

i never really had any friends to discuss geet with as noone watches serials in australia(where i live) and i dnt hve much indian friends but finally i started telling the storyline to my friend and she got hooked so now we tlk like crazy about geet. so simii if ur reading this thanx for sharing this magical journey with me=)😊

wow, that was really nice, you seem mature by your post. I started watching geet because of the female lead, i didnt like MSK in the start its only later in the delhi part that he started growing on me, but its still because of Geet that i watch this show, yes i was a bit sad that the lead actors are sick, and i wish them speedy recovery, but i salut the CV people for giving us the story, its nice to see what they have done and now i wonder what will happen.

great post dear...awesomely put in words...i started watching geet only for

drishti.....i loved her as muskaan...and then....comes gurmeet as MSK..

intitally didin't really like him...but then started to fall for MSK...i prefer

maan over gurmeet 😳....but then gurmmet is fab actor...but drishti

is also fantabulous actress...the main leads are the strength of the show..

and the writer and dialoug writer are also awesome...geet is different

and that is what i love it for

thanx for the compliment but im jst 16 so i cnt be that mature rite

and u guys jst took the words out of my mouth..i didnt like MSK when he was introduced but now he's great!!=)

For 16 your post definitely is quite mature. You see deeper than the surface. I commend you for that.

Well, I may be biased because I am a male but I agree with you that Drashti's eyes bring in an entire new magic to the Maaneet scenes. On this note, I should also appreciate Gurmeet's action that he manages to have a gentle (soft masculine) look in these scenes which manages to keep the standard of any scene up.

Both of them are great actors. The CVs are really great. I have not watched many soaps till now. This is the only one that I watch regularly, looking forward to, almost living the entire 23hours and 40 minutes of a day to watch the 20 minutes for which Geet comes (of course I watch the episodes many times) and watch many past episode many many times.

thanx soo much !! i see u jst joined on the 8th so welcome and i hope u enjoy reading our posts. the thing bout me is that i love analysing people and their characters and seeing deeper than the surface and often in reality im right and thats wat freaks my family and friends out..lol 😆

anyways i hve watched a lot and i literally mean a lot of serials and i can guarantee that geet is different! and the actors are brilliant. i hve been watching serials since i was maybe 6 so 10 years of experience! geet is amazing and the best part is that it actually teaches u by handling situations so logically!

HEY KASHISH NICE POST.

really Drashti is amazzing actoress i never felt so much love for any other TV actoress Drashiti is uniqe her eyes ufff jab uthti hai to mar dalti hai.and even i love MSK-Gurmeet iam madly crazy for both Maneet they have magic there chemistry is amazing superb acting and wht a performance they are giving is sooo natural

thanx guys for all the comments and posts, i feel really happyyyy😊😊😊 lol anyways plse share ur ideas on wat the nxt track should be like. lets put those creative ideas on paper *ahem* i mean webpaper😆 so i heard that jays going to be in geet now and thats great but please cvs no love triangle tooo overused by other writers !!!!please!!!!!!!!!! u hve done an awesome job and that has led us viewers to anticipate and expect more so please dnt let us down. we hve patintly supported and will continue to support through this difficult phase that the production has gone through..so plseeeee dnt ruin geet and definately not maaneet!!!!!!!!!!!!
