That was a fantastic post, Kashish. I'm really impressed with the depth of your analysis, which is so spot on and given your young age, so very mature. I watched the serial mainly for the social issue they were trying to focus on and the unique style in which they were telling us this story. And Drashti Dhami is such a lovely actress.
I too found the Maan character quite annoying at the beginning and then I missed a few of the episodes when they first meet in Delhi, so it was only later that I realised what an amazing chemistry these two actors share onscreen. So it has been an interesting roller coaster ride of emotions, but I'm really hoping things settle down now and ideally Maan and Geet get together and start fighting their battles together rather than separately.
Actually the viewers could be spared this uneccesary agony if they got Maan and Geet together soon and focus on how they fight their battles instead of spearating them again and again and ratchetting up the emotions.
Well, however the serial goes, this is a a great post.

u r right about the social issues portrayed but i could never very much relate to it as my parents hve never really even raised their hand on me . i however was always facinated by the symbolisms shown in serials and specially geet and how the taveez being a religious subject was linked to love. this jst portrayed the indian values that love is pure and heavenly or god! thanx for replying though and im glad that u liked my post and analysis!😃😊
