Overall a good episode given the circumstances.

The CVs once again pulled it off with both of the leads out!!

My random thoughts about the episode and the future course of the show.



Must salute the CVs for taking the episode very smoothly. A person who is not aware of the indisposition of the lead actors would not have made out that the script had been altered in the last minute. I guess the extra day helped them to get their bearings and put together a logical story supported by a decent screenplay.

I had not earlier seen the scenes of Maan in the middle of wilderness so for me they were new. Was a bit puzzled by Geet in her salwar kameez. Did she go back to the outhouse to change into them before again trotting out in the open? This was a new scene, so why was she not in the same clothes as all this was happening in a single night? Was DD too weary (from ill health) that she couldn't change into the heavy ghagra? If yes, then I guess that acn be excused. The story is more important than the dress.


Now that Adi and Pinky know about Geet's pregnancy, I guess at least these two will not presume their Maan sir was responsible for it. I guess it was important to maintain their respect and dignity for their boss when the pregnancy truth hits the roof as it is bound to happen.



Myra leaves me confused. Not sure what exactly she was planning to do. Does she want Dev to confess to Maan? If she did, then why was she advising him to stop Geet from telling everything to Maan? If she didn't, then are her thoughts not the same as NT - keep the khurana khandhaan in the dark? So how is she any better? Yes, she said this for Dev's sake and not her own (unlike NT who was always looking out to save her hide) but then that is also selfishness to me for she wanted to protect a crook like Dev. The heights was for her to tell Dev to go to the engagement to support Geet after emotionally blackmailing her into silence. Anyway I'm not too impressed with her character, if she is got one. Hate wishy washy people like her.

Anyway coming to today's epi, glad to see Myra-Geet interaction. Shows the stark contrast between these two characters. Both have been hurt in the past - that too by the same man (Dev) and for the same woman (NT). While Dev had hurt Myra unintentionally (because he was not aware of her love and was in love with NT instead), he deliberately hurt Geet (to satisfy NT's avarice). He went a step ahead with Geet and even consummated a farce marriage, this time to satisfy his own lust. Coming back to Myra and Geet, as I said their pasts are linked to the same two people but see how they handle it. Geet has become stronger because of it and is determined to face it and overcome it. She knows what she wants and also what she expects from her man.

Myra is still a coward. She keeps wavering about her own feelings and also in what she wants the guilty Dev to do. She couldn't stand up against NT and implore Dev to do the right thing because of her own indecisiveness and she had walked away. Geet on the other hand will not rest till she makes Maan see her point of view. We have seen that in the past and hopefully see that in future too.


Hope Myra can learn a thing or two from Geet. I feel Geet needs to be her saviour (and redeem her soul), not the other way around.

Hope Geet goes on the hunt for Maan now. She should know where to find him. Where else would Maan be but at the place of their first meeting as well as their declaration of their feelings.
I guess they can put the tent to use finally after DD and GC get back to shoot (which I am hoping would be next week).



So what makes Geet stand out from the rest of the women in this show, be it NT, Myra, Dadima, Sasha? To me it is her pure heart and her firm belief that truth alone triumphs. There were instances when she was weak and unable to face the truth. But she never excused herself. She always admitted her weakness and accepted that she was wrong to hold back the truth. This is what Maan also saw in her. Maan fell in love with the deadly combination of innocence, sincerity and courage that he saw in her. However angry he was with her, he really could not refute that Geet innately possesses these qualities. Here was a woman who was beautiful from within and without. As much as Geet is blessed to have Maan in her life, Maan is blessed to have Geet in his life.


I was wondering how they will have Dadi go against Maan because she has always stood by him. If Maan had declared that the baby was his, I think she would only be glad to get them united at the earliest. If they are planning to alienate Maaneet from the Khurana parivaar, then Dadi should know that the child is not Maan's (but remain ignorant about Dev's hand in it). Maybe Pinky or Adi may inadvertently spill the beans in Dadi's presence.



When Maaneet return from their rendezvous, Dadi may be against Geet for not only running away from the engagement but also for carrying another man's child. As Maan already knows the truth he may tell her so and openly accept Geet inspite of her status as an unwed mother. Now that will irk her because she would be under the impression that Maan is so blinded by his love for Geet that he was willing to take a 'fallen' woman. Maan may not expose Dev to Dadima (even if he knows the truth which I think he would given Geet's resolve to tell him everything), keeping in view her health and how she would take this. So Maaneet may walk away from the house and set up their own home.


Maan's silence on the matter in front of Dadima does not mean Dev will not get his dues. I guess Maan may give him the thrashing of his life in private. Don't know whether he would hand him to the police because that would mean Dadima will come to know the truth.

I love NT!!!!! Karishma u r too good👏👏👏 awesome acting👏 and NT!!! no one does evil like this woman!!!! i like her brand of intelligent, manipulative evil .... she plays with the mind 😈 and very quickly molds herself according to the situation😈😈😈

Liked the Adi-Pinky-Daddy talk 😳 love the fact that these two are true friends 😳 ... not judging Geet even after finding out about the pregnancy 👏

liked the geet-meera conversation as well but i hope that Geet gives it to her when she finds out about Dev-Myra Fraandship 😆 but i guess it is asking too much of the CVs 😆
