Have been roaming around this forum for a while... one of the silent readers of ur brilliant posts or another bhoot in the forum 😉 😆 Just can't stop myself from posting today
Life comes in a full circle... So it had too for Geet... for Dev... for Nayantara
Honestly though the episode today was heart wrenching, it was i guess one of the finest moves for the characters and story... Imagine if the engagement would have happened without Maan knowing anything and then Nayantara would have returned she would surely have created the worst mess of all... thankfully Geet walked out to think it through...
What could have been expected of Geet... An 18 yr old... tricked into marriage... used by her fake husband... trashed by her brother.... disowned by her family... is it easy for her to forget all and happily get engaged?? that too presence of the person who robbed her of everything she owned... betrayed her and disgraced her! Poor soul i didn't expect her to be in the position to think... all she could see was a dead end.... a cruel turn of fate as if mocking her for her audacity to start life afresh... of keeping faith... of living in hope... even if Dev and Maan wouldn't have been brothers, then life with Maan would have ensured her happiness but i really don't think she could have ever gotten rid of her insecurities... she wouldn't have been capable of it at all... But this twist will help her heal... remember whenever we fell sick... we were recommended some horrible bitter medicines... which we all hate but alas they cure us! This is Geet's healing...
So i am happy she left... i agree this brought some serious repercussions to the Khurana Khandaan but lets not forget the black sheep is the Chirag of this same family! When Maan would have come to know of the truth he would have demanded the reason for being kept in dark... then the reason for this engagement happening to save the family name in front of the society would have seemed so lame... When did Maan Singh Khurana ever care for what the society think? Atleast now when Geet left he would be more then anxious to get to the bottom of the truth... he would want to know... and if Geet didn't tell him he'll find out (though i m sure it might take some time) And when they meet then, there wouldn't be any dark clouds looming over their heads.
Many of us were in dilemma regarding Dev until yest... even I was... as said "mare hue ko kya marna" though i could never digest him putting everything on Nayantara... come on he was not a kid...he was aware of what he was upto... Nayantara would have manipulated him but a man of strong principles will never fall to do something as low as he did... He was himself willing to do what his wifey dear demanded from him... He needed to be punished and punished for the good of the society... for the betterment of the likes of Geet... But then as he put Geet again on the crossroads to choose between her love for Maan or fight to win back everything she lost... to fight for justice... It would be interesting to watch now what will Dev do? still fell on Geet's feet begging for forgiveness or go and hide himself behind Nayantara... If indeed he cared for his brother's happiness and was repenting, after realizing that Geet has left he would have confessed to his sins... but alas isn't that expecting too much from a person as shallow as Dev?
No one can escape their sins... Dev did try but as Geet was contemplating... torn apart... Nayantara returns... proving that fate doesn't have same plans for him... it has no plans to forgive him... his judgement is approaching and approaching soon... he can't escape it now... he never could... otherwise his own brother wouldn't have fallen for the same girl he so ruthlessly destroyed!
And Nayantara the woman in black... to me she looked pure evil today... her returning back today reminded me forgiving Dev for the sake of Maan would mean forgiving her as well! A jolt... another strong reason why they don't belong to the society we live... why they need to be punished... coz atleast that fickle minded had some remorse but Nayantara, for her own happiness she wouldn't mind creating one more Geet... harming another poor harmless innocence soul.... Thus here she comes back... or may i say her fate brings her back so that the sinful partners can now start the countdown as they move towards their dead end!!!
Oops... too long... thanks for reading the whole thing 😃
