Before I say anything let me share my Best Dialogue of the episode

A little late but a very welcome thought

Why? confrontation during the engagement function has really taken the intensity out of it. Yes Geet, rather Dharshti was outstanding in her reaction, yet I feel if it had happened after it then some more intensity could have been added. Why? simply because such events in Indian Serials are focussed more on celebrating, dancing, and having fun.... they are meant for special performances.... so any kind of melodrama is always toned down. Which probably is the reason why many of the viewers are complaining about MSk's reaction or lack of reaction. MSK's character is such that if the Cvs had shown that he senses something he wouldnt have been satisfied until he got it out from Geet and then ofcourse the whole engagement function would have been put to stall and it would have been Dev and Maan chi
This was a catch-22 situation for the team.
Hence I didnt like the confrontation happening during the engagement week. because 1 slap doesnt say it all, it was all coming back to Geet, anyone in her situation would have been completeely shocked and would have wanted to beat up Dev to pulp. Telling MSK about it would not have enterd the mind until much later. This was Dev the person who ruined her, her life, it is because of him she came to delhi alone, she left her family........so one slap cannot be enough....wont be enough and it was the engagement that toned down the whole thing....it has nothing to do with MSK at this point... it should have all been centred on Geet, the Sub sai hiu parayi coz of Dev.
Plus it wasnt just MSk but really everyone who failed to notice the shock written on her face. MSK then cant be blamed a lot as he is the man in love, blinded by love is also a phrase aint it?
Also, I think we always look at Geet with her past in mind, we are the ones who know about Dev and her. So if you watch closely the reason why MSK turns on the lights is that he feels something is amiss but inhis wildest of dreams he couldnt have imagined it to be of such a collosal weight! He isnt looking totally engrossed in his own happiness, he looks confused and concerned at a few points then again look closely Geet is most of the times looking away and he cant really see her face.
So I am comfy with munda's reaction or no reaction (watever way u put it) but yes the dialogues were so NOT MSK. I remember him saying that if he commits one more wrong he wont forgive him and he was in all probability referring to Dev, when Dadima was trying to get Dev back into the Haveli. So this is totally so not MSK. I think this was done so that Geet would begin to think about MSk's happiness and try to hide her own story (crappy idea if this is what they r doing) because remember Bharoosa and vishwaas, writers?....and then how MSK reacted when he thought his bharoosa and vishwaas had been broken. and even leave that, throughout the last week the Geet team has strengthened the foundation of their love that there is no room for secrets. whatever it is it has to come out.
What i wish will happen
MSK will/has already notice(d) and he will go and ask Geet when evrything is finished and in private..when there are no guests around to disturb them. he will find Geet totally shattered in her room and and and....but what i dont want is secrets and untold stuff between MSK and Geet....
