OK you have a point. But some pieces are missing here. Couldn't her realize she is taking his brother's name with tears in her eyes? Couldn't her notice her surprise when he told her Dev is his brother. I mean any one would ask, then how come you met Dev if you didn't know he was my brother. He knew both had never met each other. Why couldn't he sense the surprise in her tone?

m ... after all ur posts .. i am not as restless.. but DD through most of their conversation she has her back facing him, which is why he doesnt see her sad face ... moreover, he doesnt make eye contact with her ...
by the time he turns to her she is gone..
if we were to go by SBB, and the scene between Geet and dev, then, she is even the more determined, she would not let the guy go scot free, which is why she asks him the question..
and yes, Nandy has a point, Geet never believed Brij could do this, but if Geet were to tell him, he will believe her definitely ..

i agree they could have shown it in a better way...esp when they stress the fact that he reads her eyes..

but i wont think of it much for one more reason ..that is they were interrupted in between the convo & when he was back...she had left...& he really has no reason to think his bro can stoop so low...& that the 'guy' he wants to hunt down can be his family....

the way Geet said she met Dev & she was not in tears then..her eyes were misted but no tears...they flowed later

'Finally tum Dev sai mil hii li , agar main wahan hota toh tumhai achai sai introduce karta..Dev mera chota bhai hai'

now she steps back ..her eyes go wide & tears are surfacing but none dropped or much in notice yet...

she turns her back to him
now tears spill

he is sharing nit-bits about Dev to her as any older sibling would do..she has her back to him....
