@Minnie- happy to PM you my diet secret- my trainer VERY happy with my results. 😆 Simple- cut the carbs and go heavy on protein (which is bullshit, I told her I wont cut carb completely) so reduce your carb intake....

@Yash- yup, used to watch Remington Steel, but babe I preferred Bruce Willis in his detective series....cant remember the name now, Bruce Willis was SO cute😆

Beagle - Wow! Finally something that works! 👏Just curious.. Are you a vegetarian? Cutting carbs is nearly impossible.. and eating beans and eggs all day sounds revolting from the get go!
