Well dear..she won't reavel the truth to Maan so soon.....and there are reasons for it

1. she does not want to hurt Maan or Dadi by telling the bitter truth

2. More over she now does not want to lose Maan...She is equally madly in love with Maan. And now, one thing is for sure..Geeth does not want to lose him at any cost..
