Maan asks Geet Kya yeh nazdeekiyan tumhare liye jhooth se alag nahi?
Geet gets up and stays quiet...she thinks about what happened in her past.....she was too lost and totally dejected....Maan was disappointed to see Geet not trusting him and then he got the shock of his life...
Geet gathered courage and spoke, mere saath sab kuch jhooth se juda hai (everything is lies in my life).....whether it be my family, whom I love a lot and whom I thought is going to be with me forever and for whom I even refused to go to Canada or let it be my marriage which was also done by a fake pandit and the whole proceeding was fake or the man whom I married who claimed his wife as his sister in law and finally the closeness that you are talking about which was also a fake in my life....she felt too ashamed to tell this.....
I feel like burning myself alive because I have given up myself to someone like him but I am not able to because I am having a life within me, whose life I have no rights to destroy.....I had to strengthen myself to look at me too in the mirror because I am ashamed of myself to have let some jerk touch me.....if he just wanted my property and jewels and had left with it, I would not be hating myself to have born as a girl....my Dad was the one who went against everyone when I was born because none wanted a girl child....I was too proud of my dad and that I was a girl that I wanted to prove myself.....
but I am feeling so helpless and vulnerable today......everything was a lie, when I came to know through you that the land which was gifted to him, he had sold, I understood that he was a cheat.....when I came to know I was pregnant and I asked him for his help just so that he can save my baby, I was again trapped in a lie....I was called to Amritsar where my hopes of saving my baby too shattered when his wife gave me abortion papers.....
and in Delhi too, I had to agree to be your jhootha mangetar just for Daadima.....I hate lies and though I didn't want to help you out in your lies and drama, I had to give up considering your genuineness and Daadima's health.....
I trust you more than anyone, there is no doubt about it.....but I am still not able to comprehend everything that is happening between us.....I am frightened to become too dependent on anyone....I am frightened to accept anyone in a fear of losing them.....nothing has lasted in my life....
Maan is too shocked to understand whatever she just told and could not believe what he heard.....he knows that whoever has cheated her, is the most horrible person, but never really thought about how she had gone through all these by herself.....he never realised that she would be so much humiliated to think of burning herself.....he knew she was a strong person, but she too has a heart.....
he remembered the day when she confessed that she was pregnant, how he shouted trying to release his pain.....he wondered how did she even survive to live after she had gone through all these....as far he knew mostly women only knows to cry and run away from problems or even commit suicide in such circumstances.....he remembered that he too accused her always like this.....
