The scene where she splashes water on Maan and the way he reacts to it. Now this to me seemed like the direction of the future track. Geet tried to mask her own pain and assure Maan that she has gotten over her past. The splash of water forced Maan to close his eyes for a second. He was momentarily blinded by Geet's action. So for the present he may buy her assurance that she wants bygones to be bygones and start a new life. But he will soon realise that he has been fooled into believing so. At that point he may be momentarily angry, the way he stared back at Geet and Geet too was frightened as she took a step back. But this anger will soon disappear because he knows that although he cannot tolerate lies and Geet did lie, whatever she did was for him. Just as he took her own dupatta to wipe himself clear, he would use her as a means to reach the culprit. Dupatta is also a symbol of honour. He will restore her honour and in the process his own vision will become clearer. So all those who fear that Geet's lie will come back to bite her hard, causing a rift between Geet and Maan, can relax. Maan may be angry for a very shortwhile but his love will take over and he will be able to see her through her eyes.

The fact that they even considered editing out the conversation is scaring me. This was such an important conversation for their relationship to progress. I hope they dont think like this in the future ever.
