Hi Taqdir. My take on his sould redemption stems from your thought provoking post yesterday. Here is what I wrote in another thread.

When Maan said he does not know what love is, he was right 100 per cent. He even failed his own definition of love. He neither trusted Geet not was he willing to accept her truth. Maan really has a lot to learn about love and I'm sure Geet will teach him quite ably. He will learn not only his own definition of love but will also fulfil hers when he offers her life long commitment.

Love makes you look beyond your pain into the pain of your loved one. Geet did that. She knew he was hurting by the incomplete truth she uttered. So despite the immense pain it was causing her to reopen her old wounds and expose that side of her she had hidden from the world, she was willing to go through that torture even when she was not even physically fit to do so. She took his pain as her own. She even left him because she felt that having not understood her, he will continue to destroy everything and everybody around him in his agony. She could not bear to see that. She could not bear to see him bring out the worst in him. That is not what her love was supposed to do. So she left.

The guy is going to catch up with her. He will learn to return her love measure for measure. Geet is his salvation.
