@Sweta - Hey 🤗 Nice thinking. But "jiski wajah se" might even mean persons responsible, not necessarily the name isn't it? "yeh haal" can be the pregnancy in particular or the entire truth of the fake marriage and the subsequent betrayal of her family in HP. Its very confusing.

In the way you are looking at it, Geet tells the entire truth to Maan except for the name of the person responsible for her being pregnant. Or it could also mean that Maan knows that somebody hurt Geet and is responsible for her condition today. So, he starts off to find the truth. Maybe because he cut her off, or maybe because he didn't hear her out fully, or maybe because he heard her mutter to herself when she thought he was not around or maybe she was talking in her sleep...
