In the way you are looking at it, Geet tells the entire truth to Maan except for the name of the person responsible for her being pregnant. Or it could also mean that Maan knows that somebody hurt Geet and is responsible for her condition today. So, he starts off to find the truth. Maybe because he cut her off, or maybe because he didn't hear her out fully, or maybe because he heard her mutter to herself when she thought he was not around or maybe she was talking in her sleep...

Yeah Smitha. Something like Maan in his anger saying, I hate you Geet. Tumne mera isthamal kiya!! and Geet replying back saying "Istamaal? Iska matlab bhi jaante hai aap? Kisine mera isthamaal karke, mujhe aisi raah pe chod diya hai ki mein apne dil ki baat kisi ko bhi nahin keh sakoon" and then MSK gets down to find who did what to Geet.

ok all Geet says that somebody cheated her for money...but she keeps telling time and again that she will have to tell him the full truth...remember the village wala scene when she goes back to confront Brij, she tells everyone about the marriage, canada guy and even the c-night...now why will she censor stuff to Maan??????

Caco, Lana, and Ash - Doodle and Noodle's relationship reminds me of Maan and Geet's relationship. Doodle is Maan and Noodle's is Geet. Don't you guys see how much she protects her noodles. Theres that animosity but then there is the silver lining of love. haiiiii kitna pyara love story. 😆

Yes.. jiski wajah se.. means whoever is responsible for her current state i.e. pregnancy...

May be Geet do not know that Dev is Maan bro.. but she do not want to take the name infront of Maan knowing Maan and his anger. So she just tells him the truth.. as she is really ready to tell it to Maan..

Also the point is why will Maan go everywhere to find the truth when he can hear it all from Geet??

May be he cannot listen to her as it pains him to see her like that thinking about her past details while telling him.. so yeah.. maybe she is speaking to babaji and he listens to her.. like you said.. hmm.. that is a possibility as Geet as we all know loves to talk with babaji... :) so may be he finds out the half truth and wants to investigage further.. but still why would a person go searching for truth all over when he can hear it all from the horses mouth.

So I feel Geet told him the truth without the name cos she do not want trouble for Maan as he might go after that person.. Geet do not want to trouble Maan with that or hurt him in process in any way.. so she just tells him the truth without the actual name of the person who did it to her. But Maan being Maan he wants to know it all so he goes on the mission to find it out who did it to her as in name.. he can just go to HP and ask Geet siblings and he will know the name.

@ Anandana.. Well.. I was just guessing.. though mostly I feel now after writing the above thing to ash.. that she may not know who Dev is.. i.e. Maan bro.. more what I wrote in the above para now make sense to me. :)
