I would like to say YES. Just hear out my reasoning to this.

Don't be scared with Dev being shown in the middle of the lovebirds' conversation...it was meant to be. Maan was making a promise to Geet for the future and that is why Dev was shown and that only meant Maan will support Geet from all odds and blows.

Now, here all of you have mentioned almost every aspect on why Dev should be NEGATIVE. So, my saying that again won't be an addition of a feather in the cap rather it will be redundancy.

But, here I would like to say One Thing. When an important employee leaves the job then the company doesn't fall down or become bankrupt. Am I right Nissar???

So, If,I mean If Abhinav throws any TANTRUM or DEMAND to make him POSITIVE then it would be better if you go for a REPLACEMENT of the character of Dev. Remember, Dev as a character is very very Important in the storyline and Dev has to be negative for the story to be justifiable. Just because of one Actor's tantrums we cannot and also you should not compromise on the story and the quality of the series.

Just remember that Gurmeet should play MSK and no one else because he is Indispensable but Abhinav as Dev is Dispensable.

random thought struck my mind...off topic

the image of Geet shattering with the shattering of the mirror is the breaking of the image Maan has of Geet too..though,in a way,right?

The preconceived notions about her will break with the breaking of that image..

The whole week has been about Maan moving towards acceptance and acknowledgement of Geet's honesty etc.

That, though true and sweet, was kind of setting her up on a sort of pedestal wasn't it?

He will perhaps have to see Geet..the real woman, the strong one who has braved such circumstances etc etc..without any of his assumptions about her getting in his way..

what do u think?
