In Kurbaa Hua dance, Geet was in white saree and Maana was wearing a white overcoat on a black shirt. In the precap, Geet is in Gray saree and Maan is wearing a black overcoat over a white shirt. Can anyone tell me what does this symbolize?
just a though......2 facts about black and white...............black is being devoid of all colors and white is the mixtures of all colors together............another thing black represents is mystery........at the time of the scene...........Maan with all his attitude was still a mystery to the audience......we did not have full intro to his bad past till we got to later ep's (esp. past with Sameera, etc) whereas Geet was fully represented to us......basically all her colors were shown to us.......at that time so it was appropriate to see Geet in all white, whereas Maan with black underneath and White outside (because we saw most outer behavior not his inner turmoil).....
now, Maan is shown with white inside and black outside.......we know his feelings and his character now, his true essence so it make sense to have white inside, also still have black outside because though we now Know him, we still dont know the details, so black for a touch of mystery.
Brown represents steadfastness, simplicity, friendliness, dependability, its the color associated with earth and growth.......Geet being in the brown/beige sari than makes sense because she is putting her ultimate trust in Maan and in her love with sharing this secret of hers, her life, her baby...
