She is not hiding. What happened to her - it's not Maan's buisness yet, since they aren't in a relationship officially. Besides, she did make a decision to tell him, right?

Geet has her reasons, but not Maan. Nothing is stopping him.

@Jake lover: Maan has not told her the cliched ILU, but he has told her in so many ways that he is love with her...so is that not enough...doesn't she think that he has the right to know, after what happened in HP when he almost got killed?

And what about the day when he leaves the 'Taveez' in the room and tells he did a mistake of trusting her innocent face and eyes....in my mind he has given her enough indication about how he feels...who knows, may be even if he says, ILU, she will come back and ask what did he mean by that and why told her that?????????🤣

I agree with you. Sure. Maybe she is thinking of the baby first - making sure it's not her imagination. Could be. Don't blame her. Only being a good mom. 😳
