As for the baby, I feel it has to be a miscarriage, because lets face it, which man is so advanced that he can take a woman he is in love with to be consumed by another man, who in this case is his real brother, and also have her bearing his child? Nayy, no man can. Hence, they have to have a miscarriage to avoid more drama.

There is alot of speculation going on about Maan's reaction, but hey, as you said the promo doesnt show it. Maybe all the surpise and shock that we are talking about here is what we want to see, and not what is going to be shown. According to me, its going to be tough for him, and he will try to distance himself from her. Maybe he could deduce himself into thinking that she has another man is her life with whom she has this child or something else. But I have a feeling that he will try to distance himself from her... Hope not but lets see :)
