Great post dear. This prom is literally killin all of us. I cant relax and keep thinkin what will be Maan's reaction? Will Geet be able to tell him the whole truth abt her past?

I agree with you. When I first saw the promo, I was like crap, but then I was like, at least the story will move. Plus the way the character is sketched, I am sure he's gonna support her but I cannot wait until he finds out about Dev. She will def explain everything minus that it's Dev's kid and Dev is his brother etc.

I think the character of Maan is not so shallow that he will blame Geet. At least NT won't be able to keep them seperate, that's why she brings Sameera back. Maybe Sameera sees true love and then backs away.

The baby will def create a triangle between MG and Dev. Hopefully Dev plays cupid.

See, I think this will be the perfect opp. for them to get married!!!!

He'll find out about her past, and he'll be very upset that she kept it from him (something of this caliber).

HOWEVER, he's also told everyone that they're engaged. And if news of her pregnancy gets out, which it inevitably will, then ppl may think it's Maan's baby, and given the society and culture we live in, will bad mouth Geet (Maan, being a guy, will prolly get away with it).

SOOOOO, to protect Geet, and her name, he'll offer to marry her, before anyone finds out about the baby. BUT, as he'll still be angry with her, he'll tell her it's a marriage in name only.

Sooooo, then begins our story of yet another romance, b/w these two, who do feel for each other, but due to .... circumstances, are married, but not completely. Then in months to come, there will be small romances, a moment here, a moment there, sweet torture of living together, loving each other, but by far ...

And then one day ... Geet will say 'nahi, mei aur nahin seh sakti ... Aaap he mere liye sub kuch hain.' And then Maan will say 'too bad, shoulda thought of that before keeping such a secret', and Geet will say 'fine, agar aap mujh se itni nafrat karte hain, to mein akele hi sahi hoon' and then she'll leave.

THEN, Maan will stop her, and say 'aur tum ne samjha ke mein tumhe jaane doonga? Tumhare baghair mera kya hoga? Mein zinda kaise rahoonga? Saans kaise loonga? Bus itna hi pyar tha, ke choor ke jaa rahi ho?

AND then ... 'Maaahi', and they'll hug ... :))))

cant wait to see the actual seq....this weekend is killing me....i dunno how maan will react....such a difficult situation for him....for days he has been in love with a girl thinking her a virgin and here she not only was physical with another man but also carrying his child....a big big blow to any man's ego...
although as far as geet is concerned...maan's ego has always taken a backseat....but i dont think it will be easy for him to accept specially because the child's father is his own bro....

guys....we r overlooking one thing that dev is involved here....its not only how maan will react or whether he will accept geet with her child or not....it also depends upon what dev will do once he learns that geet is carrying his child....things hv gone too sour with NT....so he may want geet back in his life....if he causes trouble and try to convince geet that he will be a responsible husband and father....then maan will hv little choice of what he wants...it will be what geet wants....maan or dev...
though i dont want geet to choose dev over maan...but lets see wat the CVs hv in store....

for some reason im assuming that this might cause problems for maan in the beginning and then he will gradually get used to the idea.
