Yes....Shreya Ghoshal et al may have perfect diction and grasp of various languages but think about it.....they probably have a coach right there on site to help them. All we can do is petition the producers to provide a coach for Guru on site to correct his diction in order to satisfy all who have a problem with it. And...when is he going to find the time to have coaching when they are already working 12-18 hours a day....I don't know. 🤔

I totally agree with you. Pronunciation & diction is the soul of any drama. Just imagine if a villager starts speaking in english would you accept it? In a similar way there has to be a standard of everything. Ok I am not saying that he should speak like all india radio newsreaders do... but too many flaws can ruin a show. At the same time it teaches you wrong Pronunciation (becoz children are more vulnerable to such things.) People don't understand the difference between the pronunciation of 'ph' & 'fa' so they pronounce 'fool' instead of 'phool'. similarly it's 'phir' not 'fir' as Drishti pronounces it. However Drishtri's accent is far better that Guru's. But I like his acting.

correct diolouge delivry is most important thing for the lead characters b/c story revolves around them,yas i also feel many time guru has diction nd pronunciation prob,his accent was nt clear smetime bt he z guru so i ignore all negatives,above all he is a fine actor,he got superb eye expression,body language,perfact timing,persona,everything...he iz simply amazing...i hope diction iz little problem w/c he i'l overcome on it very soon.

@Topic maker..... we are all aware that guru has the typical north indian accent but its ok... everyone has some flaws n they over come with practice.... look at how he acts, emotes n expresses..... his accent shudnt be such a big issue that u make a post for it....,.

n yes i guess before pointing fingers to other, u need to know how good ur accent is.....if u r good enuf then u can point fingers....

First of all, There's nothing wrong with Gurmeet's diction.....He knows both English and Hindi equally well.....there's a slight problem only with his pronounciation....
But C'mon now, we can't all be perfect with pronounciation all the time...we make mistakes....He also does, but then he has a Punjabi accent....but he's working on it....and has improved a lot...hats off to that....
We as fans should support him.....
When it comes to acting, he's one of the best actors today.....He gives the perfect expression for the situation, and ther's no questioning that.....

Obviously u dont know the first thing about acting,,,,no point pointing the link between a good dialouge delivery and diction to a ditz who has no idea about acting and diction and their connection
