I am in the same boat. Ever since I have started to watch this program I excercise on a regular basis even after having two girls. Maan motivates me to want to look good for myself. I excerice regularly and have got a sense of good form of ego or attitude towards life. I try to respond to things and people with warmth. (not that I was any different b4) but life is more meaningful now.

He in subconciously on my mind all the time...

i always went to the gym....but now because Maaneet are always in my mind....i have to u know....i need space...and so now i stay there longer.....and this is what happens.....i go for some space....but Maan follows me there too 😆
