Basically Maan is asking Geet "Why are you affected when I am around you?"

Geet, "No, I am not affected?"

Maan, "Until when are you going to keep on running away from me?

Geet, "I have no other option?" (Putting her hand on her stomach)

Geet runs away

Maan, "I know you are affected (sorta saying, I have an effect on you.) And you will have to admit it."

I believe that Maan is now on a mission to have Geet admit her feelings for him. The promo is just going along the present track.
