So Maan is planning to punish Dev-Naintara in his own way. Interesting!

It seemed as if its easy to manipulate Dev playing with words despite of the fact that he too plays with words and emotionally hits people like he did when he accused Maan.

Lets see what happens when the couple comes back to Delhi to see Maan-Geet married.

Dev is not very bright. Yes, he is good in emotional blackmail but as far as scheming is concerned NT is the shreweder one. So he bought Maan's story. Moreover, he thinks Maan is straightforward and does not resort to any under handed dealings like him. So he trusts him.

The date moment was really sweet specially the waistband part-shows how pure and deep Maan's love is for Geet and the baby. Loved it😊

Shopping part was good again, light-hearted.

And Geet working for such a cause is really good. She wants to help women who suffer at the hands of their husbands, families. Its such a nobel cause. Wish they show something like this in the show too.

I too wish they show something beyond just the romance in the show. The theme has a lot of social undertones which should not be lost in Maaneet chem.

Daadi knows about the baby. Was Maan taking up the responsibility keeping in mind Daadi's health or to protect Geet's honour? Don't you think it would be wise for Daadi to know the truth?

Maan assumed the blame for two reasons:

1.If he told the truth, then Dadi would come to know that Geet is the victim of Dev's deeds. She has just recovered. Considering how close she is to Geet, he did not want to take the chance of her falling ill again.

2.He wanted to avoid any paternity issues which may crop up later. By assuming the blame he is establishing that he is the father of Geet's baby. Barring NT no one knows the real paternity of the child. So by keeping it a secret he is trying to protect Geet's baby.

And does Dev know about Geet being pregnant? Naintara does know about the pregnancy but I am not sure if you've mentioned about Dev knowing it.

No Dev does not know. NT knows but does not want to take a chance telling her husband the truth.
