@Bdgt:What u said absolutely makes sense👍🏼..but general Indian viewers will never take it..I mean the show might run under serious trouble with the Indian women activists if at all they try to show a woman giving birth to a baby without marriage tag..So they might show Geet standing up on her own feet and whatever u said but it can only follow after marriage😳...also I don't think marriage can make a girl dependent on any male species😆..thats a wrong conception...if Maneet gets married then it will b not because Geet needs a father for her child or some sort of security..it will b only because of love...she will want to stay with Maan and go through all the phases of love whether its physically or mentally😉..and in India u cannot hv any physical relationship without getting officially married to the guy😳...so if at all Geet decides to marry it will not b out of compromise but it will b out of her own desire to share her life with someone😳

Bri - They changed the story though. Its not like Maan is only in love with her and will just do what she says. She is now in love and that is going to complicate the matter of her wanting to do everything alone as there will then be compromise.

There is no way the audience will be able to tolerate all the things you have listed. I could see that in an American show easily but even then it would be a side character going through such ordeals. The majority don't care to watch such realistic things carried out in realistic ways.

And yes like Adits said..it will b Maan who will take the initiative to marry her..Geet will not force him..instead she will b mentally prepared to stay away from him..its Maan who will make the marriage happen simply because he loves her..😳

I agree with you point to point but its never gonna happen that way cause almost all shows tend to show that a woman can rise and get out of her so called mess when she gets a guy who can help her out or rather make the way for her ....which really shows the girl being the inferior dependent one ...where as in reality times have changed ..........but i dont blame the makers bec the general viewer 's / society at large their mentality hasn't

One more harsh reality is that in India its not very easy for a divorcee woman to live alone being a single mother throughout her life and considering the fact that Geet is not even a divorcee but someone who was abandoned by her hubby..her life will become more complicated...the moment she goes to a school for admission of her child..the first question she will b asked is "what is your child's father's name"...thats India for u...u cannot survive in this country without giving a father's name to your child...and when it comes to survival...self-respect sometimes goes for a toss.....till now Geet has taken many bold decisions in life which very few Indian girls can take👏..but finally when she is getting someone like Maan in her life,its not wrong to share your life with him😳..but yes of course She should b fully convinced first that Maan is the right guy for her..also Maan here should take the initiative to convince Geet that he is fully ready to take her as well as her child's responsibility😳..only then the marriage should happen😳
