Geet again has tears in her eyes from the insult. Maan had thought she wud run away with the jewelery? She goes away from there and is on the terrace.
Sir aap mujhe itna hi samajh paye hain ab tak? aapne aisa soch kaise liya? Aapko shaadi karni ho ya nahi isse mujhe koi farak nahi padta(lying to herself) Main daadima ki baat manoongi aur aapki liye ladki main hi dhoondoongi.

Maan sees geet leaving with a sad expression..maan at first was feeling victorius by mocking & teasing Geet like that but suddenly when he sees her like that he is speechless...he curses himself as she leaves the room & says "what hav i done? mujhe iss taraha nahi bolna chahiyaya tha...par mujhe kya pata tha ke yeh kuch bin bolay hi iss taraha chali jayegi...Geet tou kabhi chup nahi rehti? lagta hai aaj kuch zyada hi bolgaya...maan jaa ab jaakay dekh woh kahan hai..."

maan looks for geet in the entire outhouse & lastly he goes & checks the terrace where he sees geet slumped against the wall will tears in her eyes & a glazed look...
maan slowly goes to Geet & sits beside her...

geet with a jolt realizes that maan had come & was sitting beside her now...
she tries to get up but maan holds her back...

Maan: Geet meri baat suno.....

there HAPPY? i finally wrote something! & yeah this is gonna be good :) cuz this is a very touchy scene which i know will end up with the famous maan & geet bickering lol
but AFTER the air had been cleared & maan & geet had had a sentimental chat haina :)

Kyun sunu main aapki baat? aap mard hote hi aise hain. control freaks. agar koi aapki baat maan le toh aap log khush aur agar na maane toh uski khair nahi. aap log agar kuch de sakte ho toh vo hain dard.

geet says everything in a breath. maan knew how heavy the words actually were. and he cursed himself mentally for reminding her of hoshiarpur again.

maan- geet meri baat toh suno.....
geet- nahi Maan abhi office hours nahi hain aur aap meri boss nahi hain. yeh meri ghar hain aur mujhe abhi jaana hain.
geet turns to leav but Maan holds her hand back.
geet turns back and looks in Maan's eyes sees how sorry he actually was and that he realized his mistake.
BG song playing Maahii...........
but geet then remembered the words he had spoken b4 and gets mad again. she twists her wrist out of Maan's hold and left.

over to u Maan. and that maprt was gud hum aise hi short parts likhenge par yeh story ke baaki log kaha gaye?
