I watch this show, visit this forum but have never posted here........but your post has prompted me to post here for the first time.

Yes why should Geet go through a miscarriage just so that she can have a 'undisturbed love story' with Maan?
Wouldn't that ruin her whole essence? She was such a timid girl but for her baby she turned against the whole world, even her parents.
She left her land and came to a completely new place to earn her livelihood just for her child.
And what........ she cant fall in love if she is pregnant?...Or is it that Maan will will be repulsed by her when he comes to know about it.....of course not! In fact when Maan comes to know her whole story and the truth about Dev,he will just fall in love even more with her for having the courage to do what she is doing.
This baby also adds a new dimension not only to the story but also to the characters of Geet and Maan.

I am a single mother too.So, for me, its refreshing to see a girl like Geet facing the world with so much strength all for her baby....I can so relate to that. And story-wise too, it is somehting new to watch.

I agree with you.....why should the poor baby be punished like that for no reason. It is really rude and very, very, very disturbing to read that Geet should have a miscarraige just for the sake of her love story.....a person like Geet will give up Maan but not her child.

ok apart from the joke( though still upset with the author of this page) the reason behind my sever disliking or dissonance about bby's presence is this illogical world, as per the words of the author this tv world, cause i believe they would end up making another kasauti zindagi's prem or sneha or many other protagonists who suffered alot. had it been a western drama i would have been ok since it is normal but in asia it is always like SAGA BHAI bla bla bla ( correct me if i am wrong since i dnt watch much of soaps except kzk, dmg and now geet)

againt i would zip my mouth since i wasnt gven freedom, liberty, yet we r living in 18th century

Morning Star: Illogical world can be made a little wiser and logical by presenting things with a better perspective and handling scenes with sensitivity and care. Why not force the creatives to not go down the usual path rather than asking them to take the easy route out.

exactli.... and anyway this baby needs to be born in order for new twists to be presented within the show.... and anyway this baby makes geet a different show from other starone shows hence geet cant lose it.....(the baby will definiteli bring cute MAANEET MOMENTSS) geet has been fighting soo hard for this life inside her ... she was ready to sacrifice her own life for her baby .... THIIS SHOW AINT ABT MAANEET'S LOVE STORY but geet's fight with the world (to a gr8 extent) true maaneet have been appreciated and have become THE most important reason for TRPS .... but this baby cant be removed from the picture whether we like it or not....

the only thing i cn think of against what uve said is tht the baby will be disturbed whne he finds out hw she got pregnant and wont have a good effect on him
