Hi An, Arwen, Pen, Skep & Dew... 🤗 Thanks for the concern guys ... I do have a lower backache prob .. is crops up once in a while ... I skipped office today ... hubby has warned me to stay off the system !! 😆

@ Dew ... Yes .. I'll have to do some small excercises once the apin is less ... 😊

@ Arwen .. the VM is hilarious !! 🤣 .... I'm not much inot VMs too ... but I have a fav .. I'll try to get that link for you later ..
