Duppatta....nahi chorroonga tau....?? Wow...this was a great scene...not just in the SIZZLE factor, but One step FORWARD in Maan and Geet becoming MANEET....no? So yes, during this scene the chemistry was out of this world....sparks totally flying everywhere....screen ablaze with Maan's desire......but when you read between the lines...this scene is the first scene where Maan does his Mannmaani by refusing to let go of her duppatta. Yeh uske payaar ka pehla IZHAAR hain.....verbally. You can see the desire clearly in his eyes...and the tension and shock in Geet's face......I think for a split second...Geet ko yeh anadaaza hoowa hain ke Maan vaaki usko chaata hai....and to top it all....when he pulled her duppatta...pulling he close to him.....woh bhi keechti gayyi.....keechti gayyi....keechti gayyi....Hiala......what a SCENE.....ka dhamaka tha!!!

What do you galz think...was this the intention of the scene...or an i reading too much into it??

V nice theory...I saw a glimmer of mischief and lots of desire..and love!!

Loved the scene..excellent tha..and

I guess showed metaphorically

Maan won't leave her...ever..
Geet will be attracted...by an unseen force(aka taweez/destiny)
Will end up together bound with love!!

No, you are not seeing too much into it.
Even I felt that Maan was a lot bolder today - guess the reaction to him accepting his feelings for Geet. The way he told her that she was special and that dupatta scene..... sizzling. He has accepted his feelings for her and he is making her known of it too. For the first time I think that Geet felt something.

I think the CVs intended to show it slow for Geet...a gradually dawning of her attraction to Maan...then her conscious acceptance of the attraction.....This is the first step of that DAWNING.....then I think the CAT will be let out of the bag......so lets see what happens!!!

True...but we know Maan is in love with her...and that he partly gave into his desire.....but What did you see in GEET's face or reaction...anything??

Yeah...Maan needed to accept it first..cuz he had closed up his heart tight..he needed to lighten up a bit..and unless he stopped the hot n cool behaviour she can't have noticed anything..but with him practically on top of her, pulling her dupatta, on his knees in front of her..well..i'm glad she noticed finally that the guy has gone bonkers!! 😆 😆

oh yes and the peak of that scene was that even after he had left the dupatta, Geet did not realise as she was so drawn into him and feelings that must be new to her till he told that i am not holding your dupatta..

and the scene with first one arm and then other was a change from the earlier one near the tree... a variation in emotion or rather development of emotion in terms of Maan's anger in the same scene but now it is desire..

also maan ki mannmaani to pehle se rahi thi...bas pehle khadoos gussa karta hai ab pyar....

haai nahi chorra to??? that was the killer point..and

lets not forget the telephone snatching scene...OMG...i loved the way he pulled her into his arms trapping her in the circle of his arms..i think that scene was the ultimate one...

hmmm and another thing...Maan is proverbially on his knees in front of her...

wow..kya symbolism..le aate hain...
