that's one of looking at it i guess.. because maan is going to keep himself away from geet (well that's what the new promo says) and geet would think she made a mistake by hugging maan and that's why he's distancing himself from her. this confusion could continue until they really wanna open up. and maan asks her why she was crying. or geet tells it to him, herself, that she was remembering some things that made her sad and hence she hugged him!

or , since maan cannot get away with his feelings, his going away from geet, will only bring her more closer to him. so, maybe we still get to watch small cute moments between them! and geet tries to cheer him up or he decides to stay the way he is, though geet's thoughts keep ringing up in his mind every now and then. or who knows, the CV"s might just get maan to confess to himself that he is in love with geet and there is no looking back or getting away with it... and tries to find out what geet feels or thinks about him!!!
