I hv a different take here..if Geet had no past attached to her lfie..I think she would hv noticed those changes in Maan😳..but in this case everytime her heart thinks about all those changes in Maan..all of a sudden her mind is rulling out the possibility because she has been already ditched by a man earlier..she doesn't want to go through all that pain again😭..she is trying her best to keep her emotions in control and so not giving herself the permission to even think about those changes in Maan even if she noticed them..she is trying her best to ignore those changes and then behave in normal way as if nothing happened.....

Now As per the new promo ..Maan might try to avoid Geet now..and as per Geet spoiler on facebook..Geet might walk out on Maan this friday..hmmm interesting😛..so mayb Maan in his confused state of mind will deliberately say something harsh to Geet because of which Geet might decide to quit her job and then mayb Maan will finally realise that he cannot live without Geet's presence because he loves her..😳...I think this track is good because sometimes when the person u love the most goes away from you.,thats when u start realising her importance in your life..mayb Maan too needs this realisation part now😳..same for Geet as well...mayb if she actually quits her job and sits at home for 2-3days ..she might start remembering those eyelock-dupatta-hug moments with Maan and finally reach to a conclusion that Maan is more than a boss for her😳😳..She is not feeling anything right now mayb because she sees Maan 24/7 in front of her eyes and Maan too is in denial because Geet is there in front of his eyes everyday..I think the ultimate realisation can happen if they part ways for at least 1 or 2 days...mayb thats when both will start missing each other and finally we will get what we r waiting for..that is the ultimate confession from both ends😛...at least they can confess to their own self that they feel for each other😳

i guess,the purpose of geet walking out on maan, is just going to do them good but not vice-versa. 😛 because like u've said, u never realize the value of a person or anything in your life as long as it is in front of you. its human nature to automatically start thinking of something that we dont have or that we've lost. so geet sitting at home out of anger ( i would not say quitting the job, because she will not leave the job, for her baby.) would get maan to his knees in front of her. he knows that he cannot stop thinking about her and that she is driving him crazy. but as long as she is right there in front of him, it will only increase his frustration and do no good to both of them.
and yes geet too has to realize what maan is to her. it does not have to be a love confession. she still has a long way to go in that matter. he's been there every time for her and she cannot just leave him and go. i guess she too,like u've said start missing him for the person he is and for what he has done to her in making her life better..!!!!
which means, after 2 or 3 days, both of them back in the office. no worries. by then maan would have confessed that he's in love and probably find out what 's in geet's mind. and geet would know that maan has been more than a "boss" to her, maybe friendship with maan could be her next step because love i guess will be a giant step which may not happen that soon for her. i guess not until she finds out the truth and maan's real feelings for her or she too starts feeling that dev was never her love but her mistake and that maan is the one..!!!

Apart from this ..there is one more reason why Geet might quit her job...if Dev is joining the office..then its better Geet quits her job and avoids the meeting😉😆...for a change Maan can chase Geet all the way to her house and they can hv their eyelock sessions elsewhere😆...I think this track might b a blessing in disguise for all Maneet fans😳...if Geet walks out on Maan..then it will b done just to avoid Dev-Geet meeting I feel😛
