Can you really blame Maan?

Come on guys
I know we are incredibly disappointed about the Sari fiasco
but lets try and have a balanced view

can you blame Maan for trusting Sasha more then Geet?
Sasha is someone he has known for years
someone who has never messed up his work
someone who does as he tells her to do
he sees Sasha has his right-hand worker
He has given many responsbilites to Sasha
and to his eyes-she has taken care of them
and she has surpassed every obstacle arised in the office
he trusts her completely
the poor guy doesn't know that Sasha likes him/loves him/ lusts after him
he has always respected her in a proffesional manner
and keeps her word to a high priority

then there is Geet
always a troubled girl from the moment he met
so many misunderstandings that he is not aware of
known her before as a liar- (lying she's not at the house, running away from home to meet bf, lying about the land etc)
she is now his secratry
an ok one at that as well
yes he made a mistake which he once balmed her for
he did apoligise

but can he really trust her more then Sasha?
remember guys
trust takes time to build
seconds to lose and
twice as long to regain
as it did to build in the first place
I think Maan's actions can be justified

I totally agree with you, he is bound to have more trust in Sasha as of now since she's a capable and experience worker, and he doesn't know Geet that well yet, and they never got off on the right foot either!

i completely agree! just because hes starting to feel for Geet doesnt mean that he stops trusting an employee he has for years! Geet has seen the real side of sasha but sasha has always maintained her image in front of maan and thats y its not maans fault he trusts sasha more!

I completely agree
he has just started to like Geet
that doesn't mean she immediately gains the trust merit
even people crazely in love have to work hard and take time to gain eachother trust
it's something that takes time and geninune efforts to build
considering Maan's character
and his hatred for women
I don't blame Maan for the way he reacted
it's only natural in my opinion
he proved today that he cares about people's personality more then looks-if otherwise he would have trusted Geet blindly even without fully knowing her. I think it's good that we didn't see Maan immediately siding with Geet or else it would have been unrealistic

i agree to the fact that sasha is experienced, has always maintained her image in front of maan, has been his most trusted employee... but should he not.. for once... think about why geet would keep making mistakes again and again... even when he told her everything...
his anger is justified... when something goes wrong in a party it can affect the reputation of the company .. but i guess he needs to analyze the situations more closely.

i cannot agree to all you have written !

reasons :

i think maan is enough sensible person , he is the boss of company and all, he is enough grown up , at this stage of life , he must have enough sense. i understand that sasha is working for a long time , but he also knows that geet is just 18 year old girl , recently was about to get killed , now is in another city to make a living , why would she create troubles for him , i mean come on man , this girl is really scared of maan's bossy attitude , she will never think of doing any mistake.

at one point , maan really hates women , he says they are not trustworthy , now what is he doing now , trusting his employee sasha .😕, he is always ready to scold geet , he never needs any reason for that . he jumps to conclusions so fast without realizing things in a sensible way . i know he is short tempered , but why so mean.??

I love maan's character , no doubt but i just can't digest what he did today ,

btw u said , he knows geet as a liar but as far as i remember , it was brij or someone else who said to maan that she is not at home , and second thing, she never said that she came to meet her bf, it was again maan's own conclusion .

he can't trust her more than sasha , is understandable statement but he can give her some tiny time to speak!

when I came to this forum
after watching today's episode
I was actually suprised as well as completely shocked
at the number of I hate Maan posts today
cos like you
I seriosuly don't blame the guy
if you asses the situation and his character
then I believe he behaved perfectly and accordingly to his character
and why are people forgetting what he did in the pre-cap
whilst everyone else just stared
poor guy has never fell in love before
he doesn't even know what he is feeling for Geet
and everyone's jumping down his throat cos he did not believe Geet

it's a whole different story about Adi knwoing Sasha's plans
cos Adi has seen this side of Sasha that Maan hasn't
he knows how manipulative and rude this women can get
Maan doesn't
cos Sasha acts like an angel around him
while Geet always creates troubles
I don't blame Maan
but I do blame Sasha

he jumps to conclusions without thinking
we have seen from day one
so people saying that what he did today was not in accordance with his personality is wrong

I understand that Geet never lied to Maan
but in his eyes she did
when Darji told Maan get is not at home
Maan said this to Geet and also thought it to that she was in on the plan
instead of Geet justiying herself
she said
think whatever you like of me
Maan is annoyed about the way Geet makes him feel
thats why he just finds excuses to hate her

I do agree
that he should understand that she has no agenda to create problems for his company
but then again neither does Sasha
I guess he women genrally but Sasha is one of those peopl who he has known for quite some time
and has proved him wrong about his attitude towards women

Geet should be given the chace to speak
but she had nothing to say for this situation
except it wasn't her fault
she herself has not worked out the fact that sasha is the one behind this
when she does
I expect her to go to Maan
show some attitude
and tell him whats going on

However I do agree with some of the stuff you said
but to make the show more intresting Maan is required to misunderstand Geet
I'm just saying that we shouldn't hate the guy
