Coming to the topic, I think he will accept....He is a man of principles and honour. He will feel responsible in a way!!!

Judging by his character if he falls in love with Geet he will accept her child (no matter if the child is his brother's or not!!)

I do not want a miscarriage...there is nothing wrong in raising a child as a single parent!!!
Geet is financially independent now..she is beautiful and smart, so she will get a husband (if thats what she is looking for !!), she doesn't have a family now to report to (the child is the only family she has got!!!)
She is completely independent and she can do whatever she wants to!!
There may be difficulties but If Geet has the guts, i am with her 100%!! 👏

Moreover it will be a treat to watch MK handling a child 😳😳😳

This was something that was going on in mind for a while now. I do think that Naintara will go to any extent to keep Grim Reaper to herself. After the truth is out, she will see that Grim Reaper harbouring some soft corner for Geet.. Then Naintara will prolly have an accident created with the result to have Geet killed.

However like always, Maan will come to Geet's aid. Probably the situation might be such that there will be no way to save the child as it poses a threat to Geet's survival. So Maan will have the doctor save Geet instead. And yes, after all this he will be a pillar of support to Geet ( though he has feelings for her, he won't show it).
