AS says Dev's character isnt completely negative.. but has grey shades to it.. so we will have to wait and see exactly how grey it gets.

but hope D&G are together in the end

Chandni,like Shilpaaaa said Dev is kinda greyish..not entirely negative i guess...maybe he becomes compltely positive at the end..
