Hello peeps 😊
I am an old member of India Forums but I haven't been making any posts on any show lately because I didn't find anything good enough to write about 🥱 However, Gangaa is now getting really interesting and yesterday's episode was superb - so I couldn't stop myself from making a post 😳
I started following this show regularly only after the leap and happily it has been getting better and better. Initially, I was a little upset with Gangaa's reaction to Sagar's refusal - I mean if the guy does not know that he loves you and you are aware of his ignorance (since she herself told Jhanvi of her belief that Sagar belongs to her and will come back to her), then how can you totally ignore the friendship part about which he is absolutely true. You cannot drop such a long-time friend just because he apparently cannot get himself to love you! And then she was telling him that she does not expect anything from him but still kept reiterating about her love and how much he has hurt her and then making him feel guilty all the time. NOT DONE! 👎🏼
But then I felt that is how most young girls in so much love will actually behave in real life - and that is also what I love about the show. The CVs are doing a very good job in keeping to the soul of their leads - they have been consistent from the beginning and behave according to their characters. Sagar too - as he confessed yesterday - does not understand his own heart. He is still far from the whole truth but he will come around soon 👍🏼
I must mention here that though I do not like chocolate boys a wee bit, Vishal is one of the few actors who despite his extremely soft looks can carry off intense scenes with great elan. Each of his encounters and confrontations with Aditi/Gangaa have been great to watch. There is so much palpable emotional tension between them - whether it is their closeness (or should I say oneness 😳), their going apart, or their pure friendship - the actors are doing a fab job!
Now, coming to yesterday's episode - firstly, a round of applause - 👏👏👏
There were so many small moments in there to enjoy - the way Gangaa kept holding on to Sagar's jacket while he was beating the goons, the way he kept one of his arms stretched out to protect her, then her dressing his wounds (and those looks they shared 😳), the "adhikaar" dialogue , then him taking her hand and telling her to not think of anything else as long as he is there, and finally the way he held her hand in front of his family when she was trying to pull away. FAB! 👍🏼
But the best part for me was Sagar telling Gangaa that he trusts her. And I am so, so glad it was not a conventional 'I LOVE YOU' as they show in most shows. It is beautiful the way the CVs are slowly taking their relationship to the culmination point without any rush. As a viewer, I can feel the solid foundation they have created of trust - Sagar and Gangaa are now literally inseparable. This was finely exemplified yesterday when Sagar claimed that doubting Gangaa is like doubting God and the dialogue did not sound OTT in the least only because the CVs and actors have been able to convince the audience of the immense strength of their bond. I just hope they maintain this momentum and intensity throughout. It would be a treat to watch 😃
So, finally our SaGa are very different from other couples. Their friendship and their love should also be very unique - and if the cast, crew or TRPs do not interfere, I have high hopes from the show 😃
Phew! That became a long post and I am done now 😃
