No you can't send someone else in place of you if you are giving your name as TR. That's why I am telling your team to give name for TR taking in account of the time they are required to be present throughout the game. Pl confirm your TR by today 10 PM IST. You have to be present at 7-8 PM IST tomorrow (July 16).

There can't be two TRs for your team. You have to confirm the name of TR by today 10 PM IST taking in account of the time he/she will be required to be present throughout the game. You have to be present at 7-8 PM IST tomorrow (July 16).
