Matsuchiyama Shoden is a Ganesha temple, dedicated to Kangiten.The Japanese deity Kangiten inherits many names and characteristics from the Hindu god Ganesha. It is one of the oldest temples in there, older than the main Sensō-ji temple of Asakusa.
