How many Fruits do u eat a day? I eat 2-3 fruits a day! it depends!!

How many Fruits do u eat a day? Hmm...3-4 servings if you count smoothies, etc.

What is ur favourite Fruit? Ooh, have to think about this one. My favorites include many of the P's--plums, pineapple, peaches...but my top favorites would have to be watermelon, mango, strawberries and cherries.

any other comments? Get your daily servings of fruits, people! Yummy and good for you at the same time
