DIRECTION:
1 PLACE THE CHOCOLATE IN A PAN FOR MELTING AFTER 3 TO 4 MIN then remove from heat, and stir until smooth. Set aside to cool slightly.
2 IN A SEPARATE BOIL WHIP THE EGGS AND SUGAR AND BEAT THEM.
3 THEN ADD CREAM, COCO POWDER IN EGGS AND BEAT THEM.AFTER BEAING THEM ADD THE MELTED CHOCOLATE.
4 REFRIGIRATE THE MOUSSE IN A SERVING GLASS for 3 TO 4 HOURS
5 if u want more creamy then granish with cream and chopped chocolate.
