So, ultimately i do have time to make this thread. Inspiration has been my mates esp pri & others, who have been doing such great job in cooking so many things and experimenting new stuff.
Food has always been my favorite thing in world. I can do anything for food - just don't ask me do murder of anyone cuz you never know ? your wish might get granted. Anyway, so cooking is therapeutic to me - this is a new discovery in me. I have been living alone quite a while now and i have been doing lot of cooking and experimenting - since i am new to cooking, this thread is for all the new ones to share what they're up to and also for old ones to guide us and show what we can make more. Share recipes, snap - whatever you want to do.

Ok, I'll start - Just half an hr ago - i made this turkey-Irish drink called Sachlav. Source for recipe is Youtube channel TasteMade. I highly recommend for people who are into beverages. These people make all over the world drinks and i have tried few of them, it always turn out to be awesome.

That's mine - Ermm - ok - i know it doesn't that appealing but it taste good. Swear! 😳

Thank you sunflower for reminding me about thread. :*

No problem! It was already decided we will make this thread. That DAMN HALWA LOOKS GORGEOUS! I don't specifically like carrots in USA - i like baby carrots more. In, India carrots used to be sweeter - more reddish not orangy, So, i really don't know Gajar halwa taste same ? but it looks amazing. :)

They eat desi food! 😃 and love it!! So they had the kheer and puri in the evening - one likes warm kheer and one likes cold kheer (like me). These two are such drama queens 😆 (like me 😉)

The recipe is pretty easy...the tough part is to baby sit the carrots n milk n dry it...that takes long time...
