Do you know, how to make apple sauce
Ingredients :
-Apple, medium 1
-Lime juice 1 teaspoon
-Honey 2 teaspoons
-Cinnamon powder 1/4 teaspoon
-Sugar 4-5 measure, or to taste
Method :
-Wash and peel the apple. Cut into cubes and sprinkle lime juice over the cubes to prevent oxidation
-Put the apple cubes into a pan with 2-3 tablespoons water and cook on a medium heat till soft
-Stir in the honey and cinnamon powder
-Take the pan off the heat and stir in the Sugar
-Process the mixture in a blender till smooth
-Serve hot or cold
