Here is its fourth part.....
PART 4
Dev was still laughing.
shruti- that was really not funny.
shruti said angirly,so dev tried to stop his laughter,
dev- ok baba.m sorry.
shruti- waisey iss tarah ke fazool mazaak tum jaisa idiot hi kar sakta hai.
dev- haan haan i know.mujh jaisa talent kisi aur mein kahan hai.
shruti- yeah right.talent of idiocity.
dev- acha baba now forgive me.aur kitna danto gi ab.
n then whole night they spend talking on different topics...n morning lights started spreading everywhere around.
dev- chalo.subah ho gayi.phir se apna safar shuroo karen.
they got some edibles n water in dev s shoulder bag.so they ate a little n again started walking in the forest in search of the right way to exit the forest.
dev- water bottle mein paani bhi khatam ho gaya hai.kahin se paani dhoondhna parey ga.pata nahi raasta toh kab tak miley ga.
he looked at the map in his hand,
dev- waisey mujhey apney teachers se itni carelessness ki bilkul umeed nahi thi.hamein ghalat map pakraa kar jungle mein bejh diya.
he crushed the map in his fist n throw it aside.
shruti- arey.map kyun phaink diya?shaid kahin kaam aa hi jaata.
dev- issi map ki wajah se hum ghalat raastey par aayey hein.iss map ka koi faida nahi hai kyunki yeh sahi nahi hai.
instead of being at the edge of forest,they were reached in middle of the thick,dark forest.moreover they did not find water anywhere.
shruti- dev.mein bohat thakk gayi hon.mein aur nahi chal sakti.
as it was getting mid noon n the sun was right over their heads,shruti was much tired now.
dev- chalo.thori derr yahin ruktey hein.
there was a very big oak stem lying horizontally on the ground.they both sat on the stem there.
shruti- dev.hum ne apni grass strips toh collect ki hi nahi.
dev- tum itni intellegent kyun ho shruti...silly girl wahan teachers ko ab grass strips se kahin zyada hamarey faces dekhney mein interest ho ga.kal shaam se hum wahan wapis nahi pohanchey,sab wahan kitney preshan hon ge u know that.
dev said irritatingly.
shruti- haan haan.pata hai mujhe.
shruti said,making a bad face.
after a while,dev said,
dev- mera khyaal hai paani talaash karney k liye kuch karna chahiyey.mujhe toh abhi se pyaas lag rahi hai.tum yahin betho,mein yahan aas paas paani dhondney ki koshish karta hon.
shruti- okk.
dev took empty water bottle in hand n walked away in search of water.he started walking towards a side.n went a little far away.he was walking n looking here n there in his own thoughts.when suddenly he heard some shouting.n he realized that was shruti shouting his name aloud,
shruti- dev....
it just clicked his mind in a moment that shruti is in some problem.n he just ran back with all his force.while running fastest,he heard her shouting again n tried to increase his running speed.n as he reached there,he saw there were two boys standing.one of them was holding shruti by her arm.both were looking like typical tapooris of this type backward areas.dev did not think anything more n he just ran towards them.first he gave his strong punches to the boy standing front.n then he pulled the other one which was holding shruti s arm.n he just satarted beating him.n suddenly the first one got up n take out a big size knife n pointing it to dev,he said
first boy- bas hero.bohat hero bann chuke,ab bas.
dev s hands stopped.shruti was standing behind shocked n horrified.dev looked at her.n suddenly some unknown force emerged in his veins n he jumped on the first boy n pushed him back but he did not fall down.instead he whirled n the knife in his hand passed cutting dev s right arm just below the shoulder.
shruti- dev...
shruti became scared seeing the blood flooding from dev s arm.but dev did not cared much,he first had to get rid of these two professional goons.so he again moved to that boy n somehow he managed to get his grip on the knife n he hold the cutting side of the knife in his fist tightly,trying to snatch it from the boy s hand.now dev s hand was also bleeding.
dev- shruti.tum jao yahan se.go to that side.
he mentioned to one side,telling her to go.he had to save shruti.nothing else he thought,not even of himself.
dev- just go.
but shruti did not move.she was just looking at the blood drops falling from dev s hands to ground.
dev- i ll be there in some time.just go now.
but shruti just stood still.n suddenly dev succeded to snatch the knife from that boy s hand.until then the second boy was also back n he hit dev.so the knife fell down on the ground at some distance.but now dev did not give them a chance to take it back.he just started giving punches to both of them.they both were injured now.n as dev was pulling one of them from his coller,he spotted shruti who was standing behind.she suddenly fell down on the ground being unconcious.dev left the boy at once n ran towards shruti.the two boys were really injured now.so they both ran away from there now.dev went to shruti n calling her name,he tried to make her consious.
dev- shruti...shruti aanken kholo...hey kya ho gaya tumhein.shruti.
putting her head in his lap,he remained saying.but she did not move.dev became so worried that even tears filled his eyes.he did not know what to do.
dev- shruti...
after a while he found that he has to do something.first thought he got of searching water.but he just could not leave her alone now.he just lifted her in his arms n started walking.his arm n hands still bleeding but he was not concentranting on his own pain.only thing he cared about was shruti.so he just roamed here n there in the forest lifting the unconsious shruti in his bleeding arm n hands.n then fortunately,he found a wooden cottage there in the forest.he ran towards it n from outside the door,he shouted.
dev- hello...koi hai?...hello...
after a while an aged woman opened the wooden door.
dev- aunty...aunty please help us.dekhiyey naa issey kya ho gaya hai.ahanak se behosh ho gayi.
woman was shocked seeing both of them in such bad condition.
woman- haan haan beta.aao ander aao.
woman hurriedly opened full door.dev entered the small cottage taking shruti.
woman- issey yahan lita do.
she pointed towards a wood made bed placed there.dev moved forward n laid shruti down there.
dev- aap kuch kijeye naa.issey hosh mein laayey.
he was still saying,avoiding his own wounds n pain.
woman- haan beta.lekin tumhein bhi kitni chot lagi hai.tum araam se betho mein kuch karti hoon.tum wahan betho.
dev sat there on other one wooden bed.woman first brought him water.she also made shruti drink some water somehow.n then she made her drink some liquid medicine prepared by forest s herbs.
woman- mein ne ussey dawai de di hai.lao tmharey zakhmon par bhi dawai laga don.
she put some medicine on dev s arm n hands wounds n bendaged them.then she offered dev some hot milk.
woman- iss se dard kam ho jayey ga.
dev took that.after a while,woman said,
woman- beta.tum thori derr araam kar lo naa ab.so jao.
but dev was looking at shruti who was lying there with her eyes closed.how could he sleep when shruti is not fine.
dev- aunty.shruti ab tak hosh mein kyun nahi aayi.yeh dawai asar toh karey gi naa.
woman- haan beta.woh hosh mein aa jayey gi.tum fikar mat karo.
dev- lekin...kitni derr ho gayi.woh...woh kyun nahi uth rahi hai.
dev was at the heights of helplessness.shruti is lying unconcious before him n he could not do anything.he was feeling like his world is going to end in front of his eyes n he is not able to do anything.
woman- uth jayey gi beta.aur phir jis ke paas tum jaisa pyaar karney wala aur khyaal rakhney wala ho ussey kuch nahi ho sakta.jab se tum aayey ho apney zakhmon ki fikar kiyey bina sirf ussi ki fikar kar rahey ho.ussey kuch nahi ho ga.yeh jungle ki jarhi bootiyon wali dawaian ahista ahista asar dikhati hein.waisey tum logon ke saath aisa kya ho gaya,itney zakhmi kaisey ho gayey tum?
dev told her the whole incident.
woman- bas beta.aisey weraan elaqon mein aisey bohat ghundey ghoomtey phirtey hein.inn ka toh kaam hi sab logon ko preshaan karna hai.
while they were talking,shruti opened her eyes slowly.the woman noticed so she said,
woman- lo.ussey hosh aa gaya.
hearing this,dev ran towards her n he sat down on the floor besides her bed n putting his hand on her forehead,he said happily,
dev- thank God tumhein hosh aa gaya.mujhey kitna preshaan kar diya tha tum ne.agar tumhein kuch ho jata toh.meri jaan hi nikaal di tum ne toh.
dev was saying n shruti was looking at him.
