I thought that keeping sana's character close to reality will help us relate with her, i liked the plane scene as well, and i am very happy that u felt that the title was catchy, i worked really hard on finding a title which would grab peopels attention.

PART 7

Sana had a good sleep after that, she had decided to take care of the tension later in the morning, and so as she work up due to the alarm the first thing she thought was about the presentation.

She quickly got ready, and after going through her work one more time, she left for work.

She wanted to reach her office early so she could take care of some work before she could get down to the presentation room.

Once all the work was done and everyone had arrived for the presentation, Sana left for the meeting room, quite confident but a little scared and nervous.

Once she had got in and the introductions made, she started the presentation with full confidence.

An hour later, when she was done, and a great burden off her chest, she sat down to see what the result of her work would be.

At last, after a long discussion the head of the other company gave thumbs up indicating that the company had got the project at hand.

Sana was very happy, and as one by one people started to exit she packed up her things and got up to leave.

" How new are you to this field?" Asked a voice behind her.

She turned back and saw that it was the head of the other company.

" Quite new sir." She said, as she did not know his name, for she was not paying full attention when the introductions were being made.

" Yeah I could make out through your work, and you don't have to call m sir, you can call me by my name."

" Would love to, but I don't quite remember it."

" Kashif Ahmed." He said as he brought his hand forward.

" Sana Ashfaq, and a pleasure to meet you." She said as she took his hand and shook it.

" Don't worry Sana, you were very good for your experience and I am sure as time passes you'll get better." He said placing a comforting hand of Sana's shoulder.

Before Sana could say anything to thank him for his kind gesture, she saw him walk out the door.

" A strange person." Sana said to herself as she watched Kashif walk away. " Belongs to the other company and encourages me," (while saying this a smile appears on her face) " and does not let me thank him. Strange but he seems to be very sweet."

She then walked out of the meeting room, towards her colleagues. " You did very well Sana," said one of them from the group as the others praised her in their own words.

" Thanks a lot guys for the praises, but it was with your help that I got it done."

Sana was not one of those people that start to gain a lot of self-confidence, which later on leads to pride, when she knew that something might lead to a drop of pride in her heart she tried to root it out at once.

Though her most important work of the day was taken care of, she had loads of other work that had to be finished.

She decided that it was a high to go home, after spending a good few hours with her work.

The moment she reached home, she picked up the phone and spoke to her parents, told them about the happenings and the presentation, Kashif, Arhan and all the other people that lived an incident with Sana that she would never forget in her life.

The thought of the bill forced Sana to end her conversation with her parents.

She had her dinner and was about to sleep when her phone rang yet again. (She had received a dozen calls, which mostly dealt with congratulating her and some offering a job with a better salary that she was drawing at present. Sana was not all that interested.)

She picked up the phone, expecting it to be one more of the usual calls.

" Miss. Ashfaq," said the voice, " you will be leaving to Wisconsin tomorrow afternoon. I'll be meeting you there, the office car will be ready to pick you up at 3 in the afternoon."

" Sure sir," Sana hesitated then continued, "May I know whom I am speaking to?"

But there was no response the person had hung up and had not heard her question.

" This voice his very familiar," Sana said out loud as she rose to pack her bags for the trip, " Very familiar indeed."

Ohh i wish it was Kashif.....Maybe he is the owner of the company she works for 😳
