Kya Mujhe Pyar Hai?
Do you remember SRK in Kuch Kuch Hota Hai saying that love is friendship? They say that a boy and girl can't just be friends. Either one will end up falling in love with the other. Is this true? Is destined to happen to Angad and Kripa?

*'Characters

Kripa Sharma: A sweet girl who's currently attending college with 2 more years to go. Angad Khanna's best friend for whom she will do anything for. She loves to laugh and have fun. She lives with her parents and brother whom she can't live without.


Angad Khanna: Handsome, caring, and sweet. He's Kripa's best friend and will do anything for her. He lives with his sister and dadi after his parents sudden death.


Aaliyah Khanna: Angad's loveable little sister, Josh's girlfriend and also Kripa's friend. She's very sweet and loves to have fun.


Josh Sharma: Kripa's older brother, Aaliyah's boyfriend, and also Angad's friend. He's really cool yet protective of his loved ones.

Dadi: Angad and Aaliyah's loving dadi who takes great care of them after their parents death.

Gayatri Sharma: Kripa's loving mother who's really sweet. She takes great care of her family and considers Angad and Aaliyah as her own children.

Yash Sharma: Kripa's father, a nice respectful man who owns Sharma industries. He also considers Angad and Aaliyah as his own children after their parents death.

Part 1

You see a big house, the next scene is of a young girl sleeping peacefully in her bedroom, but you can't see her face just yet. Suddenly you hear the voice of a woman yelling.

Gayatri:Kripa utto. Tum college ke liye late ho rahi hai

You see the bedroom once again and the girl gets out of the bed and drags herself to the bathroom to take a shower. After about 15 minutes she comes out wearing a simple yet elegant purple salwaar kameez. She goes infront of the mirror, but you still don't see her face. She combs her long black hair, puts on some light makeup, grabs her books and leaves the room in a hurry.

She reaches downstairs and goes to the kitchen to join her parents.

Gayatri: Kripa, tumhe itna waqt kyun laga tayar hone ke liye

The camera goes to the girl's face and you see that it's none other then our sweet Kripa.

Kripa: Sorry mamma

Kripa turns around to face her father.

Kripa: Good morning papa
Yash:Good morning beta
Kripa:Papa, bhai kaha hai?
Yash: Woh toh Aaliyah ke saath college ga chuka hai
Kripa:Ohh ok..toh main Angad ke saath chali jati hoon
Gayatri:(smiles) Arre Kripa beta pehle tum nashta kalo
Kripa:Mamma main ab late ho rahi hoon (grabs a garma garam paratha) bye (leaves the house in a hurry)

Kripa goes over to the house next door which is the Khanna house. She rings the doorbell and Dadi opens the door.

Dadi:Kripa..beta andar aao
Kripa:Namaste dadi...angad kaha hai?
Dadi:Woh toh tayar ho raha hai
Kripa:KYA! Hum toh already late ho rahe hai. Main usse lekar aati hoon
Dadi:Theek hai beta

She goes upstairs to Angad's bedroom, but the door was wide open. Kripa was standing at the door waiting for him. She then saw Angad standing infront of the mirror, combing his hair.

Angad:Wow Angad your having a great hair day. Looking good (talking out loud)

Hearing Angad giving compliments to himself made kripa giggle. Angad heard her and turned around.

Angad:Kripa tum?(embarassed)
Kripa:Haan main!Hum college ke liya late ho rahe hai..CHALO!
Angad:Hmm..theek hai,let's go

They both say bye to dadi and go outside and into Angad's red car.

Part 2

Angad and Kripa reach college and both get out of the car. They reached their class just in time and sat in the seats. The teacher (Ms. Kapoor) started talking.

Ms Kapoor:Ok class please hand in your assingments

Angad was just sitting there while everyone else took out their assignments. Kripa took hers out then placed it on her desk. She then noticed that Angad hadn't taken his out.

Kripa:Angad tumhara assignment kaha hai?
Angad:Uh, I forgot to do it
Kripa:Kya?!How could you forget about it? Ms.Kapoor is going to be very angry at you, you always forget to do your work.

Before Angad could answer her back, Ms.Kapoor came to collect the assignments. Kripa handed hers in and then looked at Angad who was avoiding to have eye contact with the teacher.

Ms Kapoor:Angad, tumhara assignment?
Angad:Woh M'aam,uh maine nahin ki
Ms Kapoor:Toh phir Mr.Khanna tumhe yeh assignment 10 bar copy karni padegi
Angad:Yes m'aam(sadly)

After class ended Angad, Kripa, Aaliyah and Josh met at the canteen to eat lunch.They were sitting at a table and talking, well all except for Angad.

Aaliyah:Bhai kya hua?
Kripa:Tumhara bhai assignment karne bhul jaye..so now he has to copy it 10 times
Josh:Dude that's going to take forever to write
Angad:I know (sadly)
Kripa:Arre Angad dont worry,I'll help you finish it
Angad:Really?
Kripa:Yep(nods cutely)
Angad:Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you (really fast,happily)

Josh and Aaliyah laughed at how Angad thanked Kripa.

Kripa:How many times do I have to tell you? Dosti mein no sorry no thank you
Angad:Sorry,uh I mein ok(Kripa giggled)
Josh:Ab mujhe toh bohot bhook lagi hai,should we order something?
Aaliyah:Yes, I'm hungry too

They order some sandwiches and juice. They eat their food and chat. After a while they are done eating and decide to leave the canteen.

Kripa:Angad I think we should go home and start the work
Angad:Theek hai,chalo
Aaliyah:Mujhe ghar abhi nahin jana!
Josh:Where do you want to go?
Aaliyah:SHOPPING!
Josh:Nahin! I'll go anywhere but not shopping. Mujhe saare din shopping nahin karna hai, it's so boring.
Aaliyah:Chalo na Josh. Mere liye please!

Josh looks at the cute face Aaliyah was making and agree to go shopping.

Josh:Theek hai,chalo
Aaliyah:Yay!
Angad:Dude,just watch by the end of the day your wallet is going to be empty
Josh:Kya?!
Aaliyah:Nahin Josh don't listen to bhai

Kripa is just laughing seeing the look on her brother's face.

Kripa:Bhai, ab tum Aaliyah ko shopping lekar jao
Aaliyah:Thank you kripa(smiles)
Angad:Okay kripa we should go now. We have to start copying the assignment
Kripa:okay,bye bhai, bye Aaliyah
Aaliyah/Josh:Bye

Kripa and Angad go in Angad's red car and they drive off to Angad's house. They go inside and find Dadi in the living room.

Angad:Dadi(goes and gives her a hug)
Dadi:Arre Angad,Kripa
Kripa:Namaste dadi
Angad:Um dadi mein aur Kripa assignments karne jaa rahe hai
Dadi:Theek hai. Agar tum dono ko kuch chaiye, mein rasoi mein hoon
Angad/Kripa:Theek hai

Angad and Kripa go upstairs to Angad's room.

Kripa:Angad hum yahan kaise kaam karege? It's really messy
Angad:Uh,one minute

Angad clears off the clothes from his bed and the floor and puts them in his closet. He puts all the papers that were scattered on his desk into a neat pile. While he is donig all this Kripa is just watching in amazement.

Angad:Better?
Kripa:Much better(smiles)
Angad:Now lets get to work
Kripa:Uhh wait,can I just call my parents
Angad:Yeah sure(takes out his cell phone)

Kripa calls her parents and informs them that she is coming home late as she is helping Angad with his assignment.
